All of our products are handmade and made to order, often personalized according to your individual preferences.
For this reason, cancellations are only possible before production has started.
If you wish to cancel your order after work has begun, you will be responsible for covering the costs corresponding to the percentage of completion at the time of cancellation.

Up to 25% completed: 25% of the total price will be charged

25–50% completed: 50% of the total price will be charged

50–75% completed: 75% of the total price will be charged

Over 75% completed: 100% of the total price will be charged
If the product has already been completed or shipped, cancellation and refund are no longer possible.
